"What's your leg day routine?" You have to bear in mind that my gym has no cage and a smith machine so 'proper' squats are a no-go. Smith Machine hack squat 5 x 5 Bulgarian split squat (single leg) 4 x 8 rest - do some chinup/dip supersets (3 x 10 of each) because your legs are now like jelly. Dumbell lunges 4 x 8 Barbell front squat 3 x 10 Hamstring machine thing (injury prevention) 3 x 10-15 | |||

Me too - the lack of a cage means that I tend to do them last because I have to clean the bar into position. | |||
