Very dangerous. It is possible for the open end to create a suction / vacuum, and for the thing to get stuck . Google it , it does happen. Apparently the only way it can be removed is for the bottom to be broken, to release the vacuum.

for the record, ive only used a bacardi breezer bottle on my wife (how chavie is that lol

She didnt have any toys at the time and it was 8.00 in the morning after an all night booze session

There's plenty of urban myths about this one. Unless it's a huge wine bottle or the woman is extremely tight, there is more than enough space to break any vacuum. However, there is a risk of injuries from the rim of the bottle, which rather less forgiving than a penis...

If you go to hospital because suction made it stuck. Then apparently they drill a tiny hole in the bottle to slowly let the air back in.
