When you send a message you get one tick later followed by another. What do they denote ?

Thats what I thought but I sometimes get a reply but my sent message still only has one tick on it ?

You can turn off the read part under privacy.

Tends to be cus the other person probably blocked you at some point and when they unblock you any messages you have sent won't go through

Gives it away really lol

It's one tick for left your server, and two ticks for arrived at their end which only means whatsapp is open, then they now turn blue when read.

Same here for me. It only happens with one contact. Which I thought was due to the high volume of message I send to my sister on a daily basis.

Watch out for a hoax message going the rounds like a chain letter. It says you have to send it to 10 other people or you will start to be charged. Actually it's free for the first year; and than I think a small annual subscription applies.

I've had Whatsapp years and haven't had to pay a bean. Not good for privacy though. Prefer Kik messenger myself
