My age has been neither a help not hindrance - as far as I'm aware. If I don't meet someone's age preferences, then I just keep it moving and don't contact them. Age, race and height can't be changed. Although age can and often is lied about.

I'd rather be rejected for my real age than one I've lied about!

In life? I find it had been a bit of both throughout.

On here? I find it has been neither, people genuinely do go for looks first I've found, even the ones who say they like older women.

Possibly on here as there is 14 years between Paul and I. Paul looks younger than his age and people are surprised by our age difference when we meet in clubs

We haven't found our age a problem but not having got in to this until after we were both 50 have nothing to compare it to. It might be different for couples of course.

I'm 22 look 17/18 x sometimes I get turned down for parties and some people cuz im young but I'm pretty experienced and I only go for older men above 30 but sum guys look for older women or I'm not in their age range x so I can't win x

Once you get over 50 it becomes a hinderance as a lot of folks on here never look beyond your age,thats if it hasn't already caused you to be blocked.
