Shaving/waxing query

I've never waxed before and only recently started shaving down there. Finding the shaving a bit difficult there so contemplating waxing but should I try legs first? I have dry/sensitive skin so I'm a bit wary but I'm good with pain as I'm used to it. Advice?

Would be myself at home doing waxing, salon not appealing, partly cost, partly embarrassment, partly heard some horror stories about infections from unclean wax

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Sugaring if you can find a salon doing it. Fantastic results, and no cross contamination as the sugar is thrown away, and skin feels super soft after it

I am a huge fan of lycon wax. Not everywhere does it but it's almost pain free. Fantastic results, highly reccommend.

Just don't put too much after shave on afterwards

I would highly recommend a salon wax - much easier and better results than doing it yourself as they can access areas you can't reach, lol! I can understand why you'd think it's embarrassing the first time but trust me, I've been having my bits waxed for over 20yrs and I've never met a waxer that made me feel uncomfortable - they've probably seen more fannys up close than your average bloke!

Hollywood Waxing is a llittle painful at first but gives a better result and lasts longer. If you are prone to ingrowing hair i recommend Tend Skin....best product ever. Starting with your legs is a good idea but won't be the same feeling as having it done down below.

Re why now? Partly the influence swinging has had, I'm newish to it, but also because I like swimming and like to be well groomed for that. Since trying I also like how it feels.

It's definatly a salon job, the peel off hot wax is far better than the strip wax type. If cost is an issue have a look at group on
