Men shaving...

I always shave and keep well groomed but its a bloody pain to be honest, and after woulds it still feels like a fine grade of sandpaper. Ive tried hair removal cream but I think id rather put my bits in the paper shredder next time. Where can you get a wax for a man, sack and crack to put it crudely. No one advertises this and not fond of phoning the local beauticians and speaking to some shy teen about it. Let alone going and being the only bloke ever to step foot in there. Cant help they'll be thinking im a mad pervert or something!

I would suggest maybe contacting a local self employed beautician, you could email them what you need doing and explain your slight embarrassment at going to a salon.

Hair is a real nuisance I feel your pain...good luck

Thats a really good idea. But then I'm faced with her thinking a perv has emailed her, and even worse I may know her. Am I worrying too much?

Maybe tho I understand what you mean, be honest and address that she may think the worst but you are contacting her genuinely. I reckon if she has been doing her job long enough she will know how to spot a genuine case :0)

A qualified beautician won't take any notice! Just ring a few and ask, believe me it's common enough. She won't be horrified waxing is the way to go, much easier

That's not strictly true...some won't, some won't do a full wax on a woman! Same as some women won't give massages to men as it often has a certain effect...I personally wouldn't care but guess some people are sensitive!

What! Won't wax a woman? That's strange! Luckily my beautician takes no notice

Ive found this with massage after sports injury. Not all would see a man? Bizarre as if your a professional you should know how to diffuse a awkward situation in its rarity. Unless its because of an already bad situation in which case I agree :-

I would phone around and check who does as there very few and far between who does them a lot don't..

The all off genital waxing is a specialised method and requires a special course.. most beauty therapists do basic waxing like chest and back..

Ps make sure they use hot wax it is less painful and more effective.

Exactly, it's your job! Be professional, quite surprised people can say no cause it's a guy

Really? It's the opposite for me. A pain to shave my face/neck but a walk in the park to get a clean shave without irritation in the nether region.

I actually prefer using an old multi-blade because you can press harder to get a closer shave without worrying too much about nicks and cuts.

When it comes to the gonads, make sure you stretch the scrotum so you can practice long passes with your blade.

I wouldn't know about shaving the backside though.

I always shave with no problems but I'm tempted by waxing just cos it lasts longer.

I used to have a friend who had her own Beauty Salon and she had a fair few male clients that came in for precisely this.

Most salons will probably do it, but might not choose to advertise the fact.

Have you tried googling 'male waxing' in your local area?

As a woman, I prefer men to have pubic hair. I cannot bear the feel of shaven genitals. Plus, I consider that shaven looks really weird when the rest of the body has hair.
