Dear Lord you think that's criticism?!

Swinging is based on honesty, trust and openness. It's more than about fucking other people. Too many couples on here for the wrong reasons IMO. Legitimate advice - come clean, don't have secrets and put each other first if you're going to get into this scene.

op maybe you should have discussed it with your other half before you signed up on here, best advice would be to delete account, talk to her about it, if shes into it then come back as a couple, if she isnt then make your decision respect her wishes or set her free for someone that will, cheating is not the answer.
