I joined here because it sounded like a laugh and it is for the most part.

I also thought it would be easy to meet people which I found out its not, which in itself im 50\50 with.

Now this is what im annoyed about and that is its a SWINGERS site but nobody wants to meet anyone. They either delete messages or dont reply. So if nobody wants me meet anyone why join?

Hence why its hard to get veris,

What is your take on all of that

Forget about the are singles swingers argument. Lots of people meet on here,singles and couples. Lots don't. Why they don't could be because of a number of things. Personally,if I wasn't getting anything out of the site I wouldn't stay. Being on a site aimed at sexual liaisons doesn't mean you will definitely get any

Depends what your definition of swinging is,

Ours is that swinging involves real couples and whilst we are friends with many singles socially we don't meet to play. We don't lgo with the idea of meeting "fuck buddies " either .,,

However it's a broad church and many follow a different path to us.

Complaining, as a single, that others are using a swingers site in a way you disagree with is leaving yourself open to criticism tbh...

I constantly get people asking me why I don't meet or answer message. How on earth do they know how many messages I send or who I meet? I probably do delete about 90% of the messages but some days I can talk to dozens, other days it may only be one that grabs my attention but it 2 years on here there's not a day gone by were I haven't spoken to anyone. I also meet at least twice a month so OP please explain to me how you guys seem to have this sixth sense and know what everyone is up to??!?!??

My take on it is because you are finding it hard going. You are assuming it is like that for everyone.

If you put the effort in getting verified is not difficult. A meet might prove harder.

Go to social in your area and talk to people and that should at least get you verified.

If that sounds like too much effort you might be in the wrong site.

For us, it's a case of not wanting to meet all and sundry. That's different to not wanting to meet anyone.

We only meet those that interest us and that we are attracted too. Not just everyone who shows a slight interest and messages us....

Your profile ought to be a positive reflection of you. Letting the reader know what you have to offer a potential partner.

Happy people are seen as more attractive.

No one can write your profile because they don't know you. A generic set of words won't get you past first message.

To be very honest, your writing is a bit immature for a 31yr old. Can I suggest you read lots of other guys profiles who have lots if verifications. Don't panic; it won't turn you gay.

It's a numbers game and luck of the draw. there's so much competition out there if you have any thing on your profile that doesn't tick someones box then you've had it.

We'd like to think we've given a few blokes a chance over the years. Had some good meets and some ones that have been pretty disastrous and now stuck in our brain as bad anecdotal stories LOL. Isn't it irritating how the bad ones stick in your memory

Anyway best advice is don't give up. Don't expect any favours whatsover and one day you may hit a small jackpot of fun. Good luck.

This is my 5th week on here and I have already been lucky enough to have a (sadly) unverified meet. I had to go looking for it, it was a planned gangbang but as nobody else turned up I had a lovely 1 on 1 instead as the hubby looked on.

So Fab DOES work and people DO meet. Keep trying and you'll get there!

Got to say I preferred his last profile. Its not generic and boring and says nothing about his personality. I personally wouldn't have met him from his last profile but it was different, wacky and showed personality, which maybe somebody would've liked.

My advice would be read peoples profile and think if you fit their requirements before messaging, only message people who you feel you have something to offer and take your time to compose a message which reflects this. Maybe the effort will pay off eventually but there's no rules for getting a meet on here.

Its rare but I think the previous profile was better - at least it showed some originality and personality rather than the bland mediocrity that is there now.

Effort in = rewards out.

Single guys outnumber the rest of the categories on fab. Look at your profile, do you stand out? As a single female, I would pass by on that profile.

As for are people meeting, well yes of course they are - just check out some of the veris! The root of this post... are they meeting you? I suspect they won't for many reasons.

If I like a profile I want to meet the person that wrote it. I can't see the point in someone else writing a profile or suggesting what to put in it.

That's why I don't like these kinds of threads. You end up with some boring, generic profile that 'the majority' likes, but puts me to sleep.

What you really need to do is rewrite this as "Why don't all these people who meet want to meet me"

Then at least your asking the right question.

Personal opinion get some better happier looming pics grab some off your Facebook where your looking fun and happy.
