Introduce a girlfriend to the joys of swinging. I think if she does not have any interest for it then it's not healthy to do it in the vain hope that you think she will enjoy it.

You can't force the issue, it takes a certain mind set from both in a couple to make it work.

Maybe suggest a 3some with a guy first so she feels like she's the centre of attention and that you arnt suggesting it for selfish reasons?
