Hear hear! OP, my guess is that for those who are put off, the primary reason is the statistically higher risk of sti especially from fully bisexual men. A lesser reason my be that they _iew this as less alpha. I think some women get this idea that bi men are more feminine. Everyone knows that one overly camp guy that claims to just be bisexual. There is also the fear of them only being attracted to you because perhaps they're masculine in some way. I think sex wise most women want manly men as that's what they're genetically programmed to find attractive.

I think a lot of women can get away with claiming bisexuality for the purposes of swinging as lesbian sex in itself isn't so invasive. For men, performing analysis sex on each other is very invasive and therefore it appears a much bigger deal for a man to be openly bi.
