On here but no meeting going on, loads of posts on here about people not getting any meetings , and it seems it is not any thing to do with types it seems to be right across the board , so come on people why are u on this site if you're not going to swing

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

We had a meet yesterday afternoon and we have never struggled to find anyone on here, quite the opposite sometimes it's always been the same since day one. Not sure if we are just lucky

quite possibly....but I'm unsure why u drew the initial conclusion nobody meets..when I imagine u have checked peoples profiles and maybe even their verifies lol

We don't have to swing and we don't have to do it in your part of the world and you may not be what anyone else is looking for .

I get a few people looking at me who live on Jersey and a couple and single guy from Guernsey so I think even on Islands people swing.....have you done the people in my area search? I am not sure but maybe there are socials in your area where you could meet locals and make friends for fun

Read the posts on the introduction forum's there are loads all the time of people who say what's up with me or what's up with my profile because I can't get any meetings , and its all sorts of types , ok so u who have posted back are doing ok good for u , but that doesn't mean their are others that are not getting meetings the evidence is their to see , personally it doesn't bother me as such I just can't understand people joining a site for swinging and then don't meet p.s why im about it read my stories in the stories forum had lots of good comments thank u and take care

Those that do well on the site are obviously not the ones who post moaning threads on here and so there is therefore most likely to be an over-representation of those who are not doing so well.

There is plenty of sound positive advice on the forums, some of which is heeded, but equally a lot of single guys who prefer to wallow in self-pity because that's a lot easier than taking active steps to get meets

Op you are assuming because there are some men on here, including you, who do not get meets - for whatever reason - no one is meeting. Sorry plenty are, they just do not post in the forum everytime they have a meet or post a verification. Instead of blaming others you need ask why no one is meeting you. There probably is someone who will meet you, but they could be in Scotland!

I rarely meet. So what?

After six active years on here I've done about all I want to do and made great friends, hence my still being here.

The fun has long stopped but the friendships endure.

Plus I can still contribute to the forums or chat if I wish, not many other places I'm comfortable discussing swinging!

there are many people meet from here, how ignorant of you to assume otherwise, the people you see moaning about lack of meets in those posts are generally the people that join and think they will have offers of sex thrown at them left, right and centre, they do not understand swinging.

It's like anything the bad news always makes the headlines.

The people who meet accept it as normal and don't post.

We had a social meet on Friday but we wont be starting a thread about it

I wasn't aware that you sign a disclaimer when you sign up that says you will have "x" amounts of meets per month!! Many people on here don't meet for whatever reason, physically unable, just use the forums, just chat to friends, taking a break for personal reasons etc etc. Just because people don't want to meet you, doesn't mean they don't meet anyone else. Plenty of people meet on here but they don't need to shout about it.

we are just on here cos we have got unlimited internet and theres nowt on tv! OP for every moany whiney thread that someone puts on about lack of interest ect, there are as many happy and interesting posts, its just that people seem to remember the negative ones and if your a negative person its probably easy to relate to

They moan about THEMSELVES not getting meets and blame others for their lack of success when in fact they do little to make themselves appealing to others.

Show me the posts made by women complaining they can't get meets.

How is that "across the board"?

You're right, though, when you say it's not down to types determining who gets meets. It's usually that those who make the effort and have a good attitude to swinging get the results they want.

Its an open forum, people comment on what others have said whether you like it, agree or not, they're entitled to voice their opinion. I think the people moaning that no one meets are probably not using the site to its full potential and many I've seen ask for advice but rarely act on it. There probably aren't going to be people staring threads about having loads of meets so the threads you see about no meets may be many, but in the grand scheme of things, if people did post about how many meets they get, they would far out number the no meet threads. People that claim to get no meets or have no luck are generally not making the best of the site and all it has to offer and they don't help themselves.

glad to hear you are having plenty of fun, if its not something that bothers or effects you then don't get dragged into the negativity that it can breed, most folks have a high standard of who they meet and not everyone meets it, others only have chance to meet every now and then, and plenty of people meet and play without the need to broadcast it, as a single male you are unfortunately part of the biggest group on here and therefore it can be harder for single guys to stand out if they sit behind a poor profile ect, so quite often the moaners that claim they cant get meets are their own worst enemies

These comments might only apply to a small minority. Success will depend on the effort you make. Is your profile interesting and are your pictures good . ?. Most pictures should include your face otherwise they are meaningless. Use imagining software to blur your face if necessary. How far can you travel and can you accommodate ?.If contacting an member do you meet their specific criteria. ?. Lots of completion so don't expect instant results .
