What's the furthest you've travelled for a private or club meet. Nowadays I try and keep it quite local or within an hour's drive, that gets me to Chams but in the past I drove from Midlands to Grimsby for a private meet.

An hour and a half both ways when the only purpose was to meet that person. Longer when I could 'kill two birds with one stone'.

A few years ago, via a different site, I travelled from the NE to Kent, Stratford, Cotswolds, Morecambe and Edinburgh, as well as a couple of local meets, the long distance ones being for long weekends.

These days it would be more like around an hour and half travel max.

I once went from west cumbria to Dublin - that's a drive to Liverpool, flight to Dublin, a mile walk through Dublin airport then an hour on the bus into town. Took about 7 hours each way and around 640 miles

Private meet, unless it's good friends, about an hour...We have a good handful of clubs about an hour and a half away that we will travel to, and some we'll never go back to...
