Get a wand - apparently they can also be used as back massagers, although mine has never got that far, lol!

Improve your posture and your abdominal muscles....is it an ache or a pain? You need to find the cause not just treat the symptoms.

It comes and goes, but when it s on it kills me. I'm a keen cyclist and it didn't used to affect me on the bike but during last Months Manchester to Blackpool it crippled me. I still finished but was in pain for the last 30 miles

Go and see an Osteopath. They'll get to the root of the pain and put you back into alignment. You could have a vertebrae that has shifted and is pinching a nerve.
