Start nights tomorrow. Preparing the body clock, need to try and sleep through the day.

I don't sleep of a day once am up am awake till I finish at 6 Never have been 1 to sleep b4 I start me shift like

I don't sleep threw the day on my first night once I'm up I'm up. I'm in tonight overtime

Don't be a wuss, I used to work 7 ×12 and half hour shifts on a very busy ward.
