Other than blagging viagra from your doctor has anybody got any tips/dietary recommendations to provide a little extra support when at a club or party and ones stamina is being tested?

First of all there are various types of generic viagra that you can order off the net without having to blag your doc and are considerably cheaper than getting it on prescription (90% of viagra prescriptions are private scrips even through nhs docs so you pay for the drug in full)

Natural ways to boost your performance are pretty straightforward - quit smoking - cut down on booze - exercise regularly - don't eat beetroot (yes really)

Cos of what you said I looked it up .... well I did a search of beetroot and libido.

Now I know the net is the net and I haven't substantiated anything i've read but all evidence so far points to the benefits of beetroot for male libido especially the 'maca' root related to beets n turnips.

I don't smoke, drink very little (I'm on the rock n roll so can't afford it!), cycle as much as I can (ditto) but will investigate beetroot!

I did look at some tablets from a health food store that were supposed to boost sexual performance but one of their main ingredients was caffeine, may as well just have a cup of tea!
