cock ring

I have just got a cock ring consisting of a narrow leather band which fastens with press studs, which has 2 shorter loops, again which fasten with press studs, that hold steel ring. I hate to admit it but I can't work out how to get it on!!! Any ideas. A good clear picture would be great!

Chances are the 2 short straps go round your love spuds!
