Hi, we are not English and we always disclose this before a meet.

I would like to know your experiences meeting non English swingers and also the difficulties experienced when disclosing that you are not English. Xxx

I'm not English though have lived here since i was 3, to be honest its not something i tell people, not because i want to deceive them but i just don't think about it, i may mention it in passing if it fits the conversation, for example this thread but thats it, ive had a few people ask me where I'm from when I've met but a lot don't even realise, never had anyone run away when i have told them but being a single women on here you can get away with a lot of things, i think most men don't care so long as they get a shag

In our case I disclose before we meet because is evident as soon as we start talking that we are foreign and also Juliet's English is slightly less fluent then mine. We had some "Friends" that stopped chatting to us as soon as we disclosed. Some don't care and we have made some good friends here. Xxx

We've visited Paris and played in a few clubs and even had hotel/home meets there. Same for Brussels and Amsterdam. Never found language and issue what with our basic French and the ability of most Europeans to speak better English than us

The first meet we had, when the lady messaged us she said 'just to let you know, I have an accent - is that ok?'

Well, of course it was ok, but we were a bit amazed to be asked as we couldn't imagine why it would matter, but then everyone is different.

Sorry to be impertinent but it's Czech Republic, has been for the last 21 years!! I don't think it matters where anybody is from as long as they are respectful and polite...I'm Czech and hubby is English and if I'm 100% honest, nobody has ever guessed that I am not English. I also feel that at a meet, there are other much more important things that occupy my attention to be worrying about where is somebody from... Rant over!!!

In our profile clearly is stated, that we are foreigners. Everyone has preferences, which we respect, and if you do no want meet us because we are not British than is fine for us .

However to be honest, we haven't noticed so far that this is an issue here. Almost all our partners here are/were British .

We also warmly welcome any nationalities.

We have had fun with people from France, Germany, Italy, Spain, USA, Australia, Netherlands, Brazil, Greece, probably a few other places we've forgotten.

The only problem we had was with a couple from Thessaloniki. We had a little yacht moored up in a bay nearby and we'd invited them for a sail. We'd exchanged messages on Fab and assumed they spoke good English (our Greek in limited to menus). But when we met them, it turned out they'd been using Fab via Google Translate. We didn't have a word in common.

So we phoned a bilingual swinging friend who lives in Athens and asked him to interpret, propped the phone against the mast and put it on loudspeaker. Unfortunately it turned out our Athens friend was actually on holiday in Egypt. The phone bill was horrendous but the sex was brilliant!

Our English only small small but we have fucked lots of Brits

On a more serious note guys, we are both foreigners and never had any problems with that. Have had great fun trough the years with people from many different countries and some times the language barrier can even add more excitement to the whole experience.

Have fun and enjoy yourselves!

If people are honest its not a problem as you make allowances and usually impressed at how good some are at multiple languages as Brits in general aren't.

We had some "Friends" that stopped chatting to us as soon as we disclosed. Some don't care and we have made some good friends here. Xxx

I don't think you've lost out. They probably wouldn't have been that good friends anyway.

I met a Polish couple afew years ago. Neither of them spoke much English, but it was good fun and exciting meeting them. I hadn't met any foreign people before them, but now I actually like meeting foreign/non English people more in some ways.

Most people we met like our Latin accent. Some say it's sexy..."

I dont know why it is but I find foreign accents a turn on. So for me it would only add to the excitment of a meet!

The only thing that would put me off is that they didn't speak enough English to communicate well. Other than that, I don't care what nationality they are!

I think my neighbours might talk if I met foreign men, I met a black man once and he said the same thing himself, in a jokey way though.

"Hi, we are not English and we always disclose this before a meet.

I would like to know your experiences meeting non English swingers and also the difficulties experienced when disclosing that you are not English. Xxx"

What's the definition of English? Someone who speaks the language? Someone born in England? Someone whos' ancestors can be traced back as living here from the dawn of time? Nick Griffin perhaps

Makes no difference to me. I'm half Hungarian and I've met French, Polish, Italian and Irish people up to now

"i don't think it matters what your nationality is as long as all can communicate "

Bingo

I have actually met one or two people who I assume to be of foreign origin due to their accents.

Wasn't a problem.

I am terrible at understanding accents even Scottish tbh ! Irish I love . I have it stated in my profile English only for this reason . As once I have said pardon five times when someone is saying hello it gets ridiculous

Although German and French accents I am not so bad with really struggle with Sicilian lol!

All the rest got no chance

Wow really?? There are are areas in this country that still think like that? I didn't even realise.

I was born and bread here and in Newcastle people dont seem to bat an eyelid. Maybe im naive.

Yes and he came from the midlands or somewhere like that, born in this country too. He said he wouldn't invite women to his house because his neigbours would talk.
