less specific as possible.... if there are certain "red flags" don't point them out... because rather than changing them for the better people tend to hide them and deception by omission is far worse for me....

anything more than the answer "basic common sense" is needed, then maybe they wont get swinging....

I would have thought it would be better just to answer specific questions this thread will be buried in days and nobody searches the forums much.

That's because there's no need to, it's like groundhog day on here sometimes! My tip to the tippers would be, Only give advice to people that live more than 100 miles away and leave all the dafties in your area clueless, thus to making your self look a little better

Or maybe it won't get buried until it gets closed for being too big
