Seriously how on earth do you take decent pictures of your own body, just spent about 20 minutes trying to get a photo of my buttocks to absolutely no avail. Im not to bad with a camera usually but photos of myself I haven't a clue...all help welcome

Pick the spot where you want your photo to be taken. Set the camera in position and try a few test shots before you put yourself in the frame. It's all practice and you'll crack it
