When blocking someone can they still see your forum posts and your pictures if they're on the fab hot pics?

I know they can see your forum posts not sure on hot pics....but they are not allowed to try to contact you in the forums if you have blocked them.

They can see both. Even though they are blocked they can still see your public pics.
