time wasters. ..

Anyone else getting annoyed with time wasters on here ?

Just been asked for a meet they give rough area and time and ask if I can make it .

I agree and all seems well ....

we are messaging until about 30 mins before meet.

then get no response then at agreed meet time I message to ask for location and profile then gets hidden !!!

Just so sick of time wasters

thinking bout leaving this site now

which is a pity as have met some very genuine and fun people on here

but this seems to be happening a lot more now

and in my opinion it is ruining it for the genuine people on here

Anyone else having problems like this ??

If you're experiencing lots of them, maybe you should look at your selection process.

We've had one or two but I think that's because we specifically ask for experienced bi men and some who ask for meets are 'pretending' thinking they can hack a bit of bi action if it means they get to shag a female... but when it comes down to it, they can't face the prospect and back out a the last minute.

There are fewer timewasters at clubs which is where we tend to play.

Ive experienced this too even when spoken for a few week chatted on phone good recent verifications etc so I think sometimes its not that you make the wrong choice just that some people are timwasters and just plain rude as not to message you to say they changed their mind

Twenty minutes before I was due to arrive at a couples house they called and said "Can't make it tonight, we've found a couple to meet instead, you can come over tomorrow if you want?". My reply was "F*** O**!"

had this a while ago with a couple mailed them to say i was just leaving and would be 45 mins got a mail off them when i was about 10 mins away to say that they where not meeting any f**king single guys now

We haven't experienced time wasters yet. Due to us very rarely having free time though we are thinking of only doing club meets.

That's a bit harsh. With one of our potentials (not from this site I might add) we'd chatted online for a few weeks, exchanged pics, established boundaries, had a social meet, organised a play meet then on the morning of the meet he changed his mind. His reason was that the prospect of NSA bi sex was too 'cold and mechanical'. Of course, he wasn't obliged to play with us and was entitled back out at any point but a lot of time WAS wasted nonetheless.

We feel our selection process couldn't have been more stringent so to blame us would be a little unfair.

I have met a few ladies and all complain of men timewasters. Apparently all the way to the last min before a social meet !

Now I can get a 'bi meltdown', but guys not meeting very nice ladies is confusing.

Surely thats the grail for single guys ?

Anyway, for reference, I am a time filler...not waster.

I will turn up if I say I will. I will be slightly early and I will buy a drink or 2.

Why, because I am a gentleman and have too much self respect to be such a twat. I also respect any lady who puts herself out there to meet me.

If you are not like this then you should ask yourself some hard questions. Simples.

I would say that anyone requesting to meet short notice like this probably is not too serious. Maybe try building up a bit of a rapport with people over a bit of time before arranging to meet up?

Also, probably best to pay mind to verifications or lack thereof if you do want to meet short notice.

As for timewasters - as has been said - anyone regularly experiencing this is likely to be as much as to blame as those looking for gullible folk that are easily drawn in with the promise of a shag !

99% of the time - For every timewaster there has to be someone who's done too little homework/common sense thought/reality checking.

Or maybe they are looking out for their own safety and find a club offers that rather than meeting at someone's house etc? Plus if you arrange a meet at a club and no one shows you can still make the most of your night.

Like this couple Thursday night who message me telling me that they wanna meet, I tell them I'm free on Friday, they are all up for it, give me their general location, ask for my number, I give it to them then ask for theirs so that I can contact them when I get to the general area so they can pick me up, they say they will text me directly... At that point I'm already sensing that they will flake out, so

1. I let them know that if i don't get their numbers i won't be able to meet with them, as there would be no way to contact them

2. I prepare a date with someone else... But don't set it in stone yet until the next day, to show time for the couple to message me...

They never messaged, so I blocked/ deleted them off my Skype and went to my date...

Moral of the story: if you feel that you might be talking to a time waster, even if they appear to be setting up a meet, always have a plan B

but it is as much about the "checks and balances" you put in place

for example

how long have you been speaking to them for..

do you have an address for them

do you have a phone number

have you had a video conversation

and so on and so on....

if I don't feel 110% comfortable I am not leaving my house... I continue talking till i feel comfortable...

a lot can be said for good old fashion common sense... the problem is too many people like to think with their cocks and rush headlong into thing than they think with their brains... and that is what causes problems...
