I've seen red and black ones ... But anyone any idea where I could get a pair of full White tanga style White PVC knickers from ??

PVC-U-Like (Google them, the mods don't allow links) - they do a variety of styles and colours, including pearlescent white, shiny patent white and semi-transparent white. I have had some lovely things from them.
