From what I understand verifications are to prove that someone is genuinely not a sexual recommendation but since you can't verify either I do think it's a cheek, yes. We did have one guy ask us to verify him even though we hadn't even met......he has long since left the site

So meeting someone and not shagging is timewasting ?

Am I reading that correctly ?

If we met someone and got on but didn't play because the sexual connection was not there we'd still verify them. Why wouldn't we?

I've had the same. Already met for a social. Agreed to play at a later date. When to theirs. Sat talking for three hours and then she suddenly felt ill. My free time is short so a little frustrating. I'd rather people were just honest about their intentions.

Had already verified them for the social though as they did turn up and were pleasant.

"No you havnt

Meeting when all around was agreed a swing!"

He / they probably didn't fancy you once in your company.

Not timewasting. Why shag someone you don't fancy ?

No need to be impolite though. Stay and have a drink whilst you work out ur exit strategy.

Asking for a veri may then seem a bit rich, but I have seen several where it is obvious from one or both perspective(s) there was no sexual connection.

Smile and move on. No point in having a smacked arse over it.

So someone agreed to meet you for fun but changed their mind once they met you in person and they're labelled a timewaster.

Perhaps you'd have preferred they got down to it through gritted teeth then.............?

Did they sign a contract?!! If someone meets and doesn't feel comfortable to play for whatever reason, then they have that right. A verification is to say they are genuine, not a sexual performance review!

Maybe they like tea and cake and meeting new people. Maybe he's fussy and decides he doesn't want to play when actually meeting.

Boo fucking hoo. People do what they want and if he didn't want to play and cake was on offer of course he'd take it.

Everybody loves tea and cake!

You can verify them. I don't see why not. It just might be the first ever negative veri on fab rather than the usual 'OMG! If only i could keep him to myself but am doing you all a favour by sharing him' verifications lol.

You could say 'they told me to say that they are amazing in bed in the veri'.

Just like when you tell the kids to tell someone over the phone that i'm not home and they start by saying 'he said to tell you that he's not home'. Haha. Something like that.

The original post does say one half of the couple played the other didn't (they cried?!).

I can see from both sides... but if one of the couple played, then they're not really timewasters in my opinion, but the other half of the couple seems to have got cold feet/felt uncomfortable and you can't always foresee that happening, can you, so I think the OP is perhaps being a bit unreasonable.

We don't give graphic verification and we don't display them either. It's not our thing.

Clearly we are timewasters who never play!

This

We would have verified them as a waste of time , or simply said they were just on here to drink tea and eat cake .

Hang on , they wouldn't display it would they ... And they would have a meet in person veri ....no we wouldn't verify them .

I really can't see the problem. They both showed, were obviously genuine, you had a cuppa and a chat presumably then one decided they didn't want to play. No one has to do anything they don't want to. Then you say all their meets are tea meets, if you knew this before you met and didn't like it then why did you arrange a meet? If you didn't then hey ho, meets don't always go to plan and at least they showed.

To be fair , there are some people who never meet at clubs , parties or organised events .

For them a veri is part of their selection process .

We don't arrange meets other than clubs so it matters not to us , and maybe not to you either

I think if we met a couple and one was so uncomfortable they cried and couldn't play, then we wouldn't play with either of them. I just couldn't enjoy shagging a bloke whilst his partner was distressed - it'd put me right off.

My comment still stands - we wouldn't play with one half of a couple if the other was clearly distressed.

I think tea, cake AND sex would have been a good combination and Bull n Sub - it was polite and friendly to offer tea an cake. I'd leave a veri saying they were real enough whilst they were noshing me tea n cake but the sex was just a dream.
