Apparently they are quite different for men and women. Men have more of a belly orgasm and it's a jerk reaction. Women have more deep, intense, all consuming orgasms.

Personally good ones for me can be felt in my finger tips, toes, on my skin. Just a few waves of euphoria everywhere! Finding a man who can give me one without any help is pretty damned hard though!

I am going to try to discribe how it is for me since it seems all women experience orgasms differently .
