We've got one, it was originally rejected as too rude, but then it got accepted a couple of months later.

It seems quite tame to us compared to many eye watering pics you see on Fab, so try submitting again would be our advice.

We have a spanked bum on our profile, the funny thing is we tried to put some more up a few days later that were pretty similar and they were rejected, maybe it's just down to the opinion of the person approving the pic at that time, maybe try uploading it again the next day it worked for some of our bondage pics that were rejected previously.
