People use it differently but I have heard it used most often to describe non swingers in a slightly disparaging fashion, it isn't a term I like much.

I think it nicely sums up anything non swinger related.......I don't see it as a derogatory term at all......different interpretations though, I guess.

Can't agree with this. Many 'vanilla' couples practice more than 'your usual sex' and have fabulously sexy kinky sex lives. They just don't want to share!
