Yes it's true. I wear a twisted silver one on my left foot which means I like to be tied up while having my kneecap dry humped. (There's an online forum about it)

I've worn a fine gold chain with my initial on it for the last 32 years in memory of the friend who gave it to me because she said I have great ankles!! It has only been removed twice for x-rays & to this day its a wonder to me that I have never broken and lost it!!

Doesn't mean anything really. Rose likes to wear one when swinging as she thinks they're sexy. MY (G's) ex used to wear one on the beach and she wasn't into swinging at all.
