Would like to hear other peoples _iews on paying for a hotel.

For all but our last meet, we have met the full cost of a room. On our last meet we payed for the room, but our guest was kind enough to pay for a meal.

What do others do about sharing costs when having some fun.

Depends meet to meet

if a guy mails me as he is in my area on business i don't pay anything as he has the room anyway which will ne paid for by the company he works for

if we meet and get a room as a result of that meet i will pay half

i have on a few occasions paid the full cost

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

When I did hotel meets it was usually on a work trip so of course I paid. If its in York I will offer to pay half, but not for the most expensive hotel in York. Its got to be a Travelodge or equivalent cos I'm not made of money!

When we book an apartment (for gangbangs) we divide the cost between everyone that attends.

If I meet a single guy where I've booked a room, he's given me half when he gets there.

Same if the guy(s) book the room, I pay them my half when I get there.

On occasion where I've been skint

I've been up front and told the guy that I would like to meet still but can't afford any cost, it's up to him whether he wants to pay for the room still... With a promise that I'll pay for the room next time

I was to book it in their name

We would meet downstairs for a drink first and if we didn't click I would leave and they would use the room

Thanks for the quick response already. We certainly don't book expensive hotels, Holiday inn, tends to have good offers on. We would never intend our guest to pay the full cost.

We teenage children, our home is out of bounds.

Depends on the situation.

If I'm meeting someone who has already booked to stay there and I'm not then I wouldn't normally offer to pay.

If it's a joint venture then I would offer to pay half or for something else like dinner, drinks, club entrance etc.

Pays your money, takes your choice. If you are desperate for a shag you might agree to that, because, who knows they may turn up and you will have a cracking night. I find it hard to believe that a genuine (that word again!) couple would chance their arm like that for a poxy hotel room for the night??? If you pay by credit card you always have your card providers responsibility to refund if you were not provided with the service or goods paid for as well

Only done it a few times but depends on circumstances....as others have said - like who arranged or who invited who?

Last time I paid room she paid meal all very happy. We even had breakfast together before we left....

50/50 seems fair, but on regular meets it becomes more flexible, for example, someone pays for the room and the other gets a meal and drinks. With fair minded people it all tends to work out.

Many times I have offered or tried to give them some money but been refused.

Other times I've paid and stayed in the room after.

But if they're going to be in the hotel anyway (eg for work) then I don't suggest it.

I always offer but most guys wont take money off me

If I've met someone for a drink and we have got on to the point we want to have sex I'm not going to kill the mood by arguing over a few quid, I offer, if they say no, I ask if they are sure, if they say yes I leave it at that, if I have booked the room I never ask them for their half, if they offer I take it if they don't offer I let it go, I just think discussing money is a real passion killer

I'd class the couple as 1 as part of the meet so 50/50 would be fairer. If it was meeting two others who arent a couple then 1/3 each is fair. Beyond 1/2 or 1/3 and fractions get messy

the gentleman should always pay, and in all honesty I prefer that, if the lady wants to leave then she can, leaving me to chill alone or go to the bar or whatever, cost isn't important in these things in my opinion, discussing money cheapens the meet.

Depends if anyone is staying overnight or the room is just being used for the meet. With the later id expect 50/50 and this would be discussed and agreed before hand. With the former it would be up to the person who is staying to arrange and finance the room, but again this would be discussed before hand.

There are a few like this, I expext they blocked you as a timewaster....

I generally offer half if I am meeting a couple. Single girls, where I have arranged the meet, I expect to pay and if they offer a contribution, thats a bonus.

I see your point ive only met one couple at a hotel, we discussed it at social all 3 of us work and to me it was fairer, as 3 individuals and they had no problem with this. Generally I meet couples at partys so it dosent come up often

I can count my hotel meets on one hand not something I do often

I personally will not spend money on a hotel. If a person can not accommodate then generally I ssy there is no point as neither of us accommodate. If he is willing to pay for a hotel then that is his choice. I will not spend money on my guilty pleasure as it takes away from my children. If I had more disposable income than I do then things would be different and I would be willing to go halves

I agree with the 3 way split as not all couples on here are couples outside of this. There are 3 people involved so a 3 way split is very fair even if the couple are a couple outside of swinging.

Only time I would consider an exception is if only one from tue couple worked

We prefer hotel meets as we don't have to clean up after - although I do sometimes feel sorry for housekeeping!

We don't stay/do overnight.

Absolutely I'm very old fashioned if a man started talking about money for hotels there wouldn't be any chance I'd meet him , if he was skint I'd understand but still wouldn't pay I'd feel desperate to pay for a hotel unless I was actually already staying in it for something else

I am the man opens door brigade and its the only way for me even with a tgirl I wouldn't feel right paying I'd bring gifts
