failed meets for one reason or the other.......feel its a bit of a curse, maybe people are more wary of total newbies, and feel that things will get easier as soon as we have "had" our first meet..ie break the curse!

plus timing is a nightmare for us with kids, so its not easy being "available" when offers come about.

Yep, the weather these last few days has definitely put me in the mood!

Had a number of outdoor experiences last year, had a couple this year already and looking forward to more!!

So natural and liberating!!

Oh, I feel your pain, I really do. And I'm sure hundreds of others have been in the same situation, not that that helps you.

Maybe you could break the curse by changing your name? Presumably you have a replacement in mind for when you no longer consider yourselves new - change to it now and go get em tiger...

it's been glorious in Devon for the last 4 days....over 20 degrees, and peaked on saturday at 26.5 (according to the car temperature thingy).
