Is it just me or is it annoying when chats go cold especially when you thought they were going well

Get used to it i have, its not you its just the things go sometimes. I,v found most are fakes or just want to know what you would do to/with them if you ever met

Maybe you said something they didn't like. Maybe you bored them or they just weren't into you. Whatever the reason it happens. Man up and move on.

I chat with a few people quite often but it goes in furs and starts, some are very intense and don't last long.....then a few weeks later the same again, others are less intense and we can chat for weeks or months on and off. Others I hardly

Contact at all but I always do at some point. Every couple of months or so I send a message to everyone on my friends list just to keep in contact

I get distracted easily, sometimes it takes a little nudge to remind me.

I tend to assume if a conversation trails off and the other party (also) makes no effort to revive it then they weren't that interested.

Also, if I get a response to something that just says "lol" or "hmmm" or something, I am unlikely to reply further because I've been given nothing to reply to.

A conversation is a two-way thing. I won't make all the effort.

You can often predict how a chat will go after the first cpl of exchanges..... Especially (sorry guys) when its a single man. Two or there general questions are asked (how are you ? What are you up to today?)then thats is usually the social skills exhausted and its "what are you wearing and do you want to fuck"..... Thats when our chats go cold, but we have had guys go cold on us too ... especially when the guy has not even attempted to ascertain which one of us he is talking to and I explain I have a raging erection

Sometimes yes, or maybe I am expecting too much.

Being in a couple, hoping now and then the conversation going a three or four way thing, it just makes a bit of sense to me to have that interaction, leading to a meet.

some people have no idea of the art of conversation.

i htey cant keep it going over the internet, the chances they are going to be able to in person is slim.

they probably arent used to it and are just interested in getting naked as quickly as possible, which we arent.

Sometimes it depends on the mood of each person. I could feel really cheeky one day, message someone and speak for ages about random stuff. Whilst, other times i may have a few things on and don't feel like talking much.

There are also times when i don't want to be the only one who always messages and be a bit annoying. So, you need that little breather.

Like they say. Absence makes the heart grow fonder.

And, despite the flack single men get, we've found single women to be the worst at holding conversations on here! Despite them being insistent on chatting before meets. There's a lot to be said for the art of conversation.... so many complain that you didn't reply to them, but as mentioned, they give you nothing to reply to!
