If it falls out - then you need a bigger one - or at least one that has a big body and smaller waist......

Chose the right one and it will stay in all day if you like (I like...!!!)

But I agree about losing it inside - it's only happened to me a couple of times but it's scary - always make sure that the base doesn't fold easily....!
