I'd tread as carefully as if you were in a minefield. Holiday bar, couple of drinks, flirting does not indicate that they want a threesome it just means they're relaxed having a couple of drinks and enjoying their holiday.

yes was thinking the same. they asked me if i was going to come back the next day, said looking forward meeting again. and that they are leaving in 2 days.

thanks for all the advice and comments, most likely i will play it by ear. first of all i ll be a gent, flirt a bit, buy them around of drinks, and see where it goes. if they are into 3 somes or lifestyle i'll let them bring up conversation. they will get the hints of me chatting them up and buying them drinks.

Hmm now I'm thinking you're gonna sit back and do too little. There's nothing wrong with pushing things...don't just flirt and buy drinks...that's unlikely to make them start thinking horny thoughts. I'd definitely try and put sex on the conversation...perhaps say you've got a mate you we're always jealous of because he was into this thing called swinging. And does your other half have a suitable medical insurance as well, in the event he makes an invitation to another bloke to join you for a threesome and gets a punch in the nose?

Or are you assuming there's no risk to him getting a punch in the nose, but he can dish out a punch to someone for asking him a question that he feels safe asking someone else?

I think people are going to all think differently in this one. However we are not swingers 24/7 and even though we both really enjoy threesomes we aren't on the look out all the time, of someone misread friendly chatting in a bar we wouldn't be offended but we wouldn't be happy either so unless you can be 100% sure you will get a positive or neutral answer I would suggest leaving this to fantasy.

Went out last night, late though because I was having drinks with friends before. As I walk in I saw them there talking to an older gent.

I went on other side of them, where the man was. I believe you have gain trust and respect of the m before can even think of any fun... so he calls my name right away. And we said our hellos...we drank and laughed like teenagers...I mean I cant remember if the bar was full or some people or just us. I asked them if the were nudist in reference to them saying skinny dipping the night before. He was cracking up saying to wife and people near us trim or bush time to head for nude beach lol

They are not nudist though...at end of night we sat at table talking...I got an email and invite to stay if I ever visit them in uk.

He doesn't do the asking - he's not actually fussed about swinging - its my thing more than his, but I have his permission to meet without him, and I wouldn't approach someone I wasn't sure was interested in swinging, either via fab or from friends I already know.
