I think you should have perhaps put it that way to start with. As I got the wrong end of the stick with your initial comments.

But what you are referring to is the difference between women and men in the context of their sexuality and ability to control their base urges. Women for the most part can control them, and know what turns them on and off.

Men for the most part can't control them and can become aroused if a shop mannequin is positioned in a certain way. And when aroused and frustrated will do/say almost anything if it means getting off.
