I thought if you reported someone that some action may have been taken. Maybe my reasons were not serious enough

I think it may take a few days. I reported a profile with a pic taken from the net a few days ago, clearly not him but its still there. Admin are probably kept very busy.

Action is normally taken, if it's required, when you report someone, it may not happen straight away as admin must get lots of reports each day.
