What is the difference between the two? Is cougar just an older woman after a younger person and a milf be the same but with a family? Either way I find both very hot!

As far as I'm aware MILF is an acronym for "mom I'd like to fuck", but these days it seems to be used mostly as a way to describe an attractive older woman whether they happen to be a mom or not.
