TS and TV

Does anyone else find it annoying that TS and TV are one category on here? I am attracted to convincing Transsexuals but cross dressers do nothing for me.

This is not a thread about whether people should be out into categories etc etc, I am more referring to how it is set up on fab.

A subject that's been discussed many, many many times before and nothing will change because of it.

Sorry Lucy, I am not a regular on the forums so was unaware this had been discussed before. Why won't anything change?

Poole

Probably because if everything was catered for then the whole site would become madly cumbersome. There are a few things i would love to see added to the search page but i know the chances of it getting coded are so remote i just accept it.

There have been requests for 101 seperate different forums etc. i am a member of 3 or 4 similat sites and they all have their goods and bads. just the way it is.

There's a couple of schools of thought on this.

One is the transitioning girls who are deeply insulted by being lumped into the same category as people like me, and want their own category.

There's the one like the OP who thinks it'll make it easier to get laid if he can find the mythical convincing TS in his area without having to wade through us uggos.

There's mine, that says yes, split the category so I can have a laugh. Because if you think that magically there will be hundreds of hot pornstar TS in your area willing to meet you without any effort on your part then think again. I think you'll find there are a lot less than even single Bi women, and they're just as much in demand.

And when it comes down to it, it'll all come down to how you define yourself. What's to stop a guy who wears panties occasionally putting himself down as a TS? Who is going to police this? Or will it be down to the likes of the OP thinking "this person isn't attractive enough, why are they down as a TS?!"

Titz Towers, North Notts

J0die is correct. It would be a swine to monitor. On another site that caters to Chix like us, there are a lot of girlys who consider themselves to be TS. I know many of these personally and would say they have classified themselves this way because of how they feel they are a girl mentally, rather than physically.

Who would say who belongs to which category? Would medical evidence have to be provided, would it just go on how 'convincing' someone looks? I know many Tv's who look pretty damn good and a fair few TS who require a touch more work. The pornstar lookalikes are out there and I know one personally, but they are rather rare.

Firstly thank you for your feedback. I would also like to say that if I came across as sounding as if this was purely about "getting laid" as you put it, that's not the case.

I was not trying to allude to wanting to find a porn star style TS. More the fact that there is a vast difference between a bi guy that likes to wear his wife's underwear occasionally and a pre or post op TS. I appreciate your comments on why this would be hard to police and if all tastes were catered for it would be never ending.

Apologies if I insulted anyone in the process.
