Blocking issue

Hi guys. How is it that we block people we don't wish to communicate with and then, as if by magic, they reappear as a new member with the same user ID?

Can anybody explain this please?

If they leave and rejoin, they can use the same name if it hasn't been taken in the meantime (I think)

I've been on and off a few times but I've always been Legs - with the addition of an ! this time though.

So is there no way to permanently block then? Makes blocking seem pointless :/

Afraid not unless you block all unverifieds. That worked for me when the same man kept starting new profiles in order to message me.
