Definitely do not name and shame for people to gawk.

1.) It's against site rules and could earn you a time out, and

2.) How absolutely bloody awful of you to consider that - just because YOU think this person is ugly doesn't mean everyone else does/will, and imagine how that poor person would feel discovering a THREAD about a picture she obviously felt confident enough to post.

Shame on you.
