People usually say in their profile (we do) but if not, always ask and check. Some couples don't and for us that would make us incompatible.

We don't kiss others. But as we mainly play with bi guys in clubs, that isn't usually a problem.

If we play with couples, it's soft swing and no kissing. If others find that too restrictive then it's their choice not to play. Not a problem. If we were meeting couples we'd state those boundaries beforehand.
