I've been shaving below for years, but it does get tedious having to do it weekly. I was thinking about waxing, but have no idea how long it will last or is it really that painful? I have a feeling I would get turned on by someone waxing me, so I'd have to pick somewhere / someone right to do it.

i wax. i get it done every month. its a little painful but not unbearable and gets easier. hair gets sparser and grows back softer so win win situation

By below I assume you mean your bits? I shave mine every morning in the shower and my legs every two or three days.

Tried a leg wax but it was back in a week.

There are plenty of Male wax therapists. Waxing is a lot better. Pain is just lik ripping a plaster off a hairy arm. You can get a few waxings that will make a great difference to being silky smooth in between every now then you can shave. But wait till a leat four seesions. Its worthwhile trying different therapists to see who is better I now go to lady therapists as I love getting waxed to keep silky smooth I am sure ladies agree how nice the results are. Just google Male waxing. Good luck
