To me..

As a male who is at least 50% black I find it a bit "cringey" that someone would have such a thing tattooed.

Personally, I'm only interested in "white" women but I wouldn't have that tattooed on me to be honest.

It's a bit embarrassing that someone would consider having a spade tattooed..what ultimately is the point?..
