Hotrod has a penis pump and yes does work when he uses it, if your looking for long term growth use it every other day 20 mins and 2 months down the line you will deffo see a difference (hotrod not used his for ages) but make sure you get one big enough as a friend got one and he got stuck LMFAO seriously he did was funny as fuck !!! lol
