Diuaralyte and plenty of water....

But really the clincher is 5 hours playing battlefield on the ps and a sweet and sour chicken about 5pm.

I get serious shakes when I drink too much and feel like crying all day so I limit my intake now. My cure would be to drink a pint of water before bed and take 2 paracetamol. It works for my sister

Before you go to bed drink as much water as you can,

You will wake up after a few hours to go the toilet, or piss yourself
