I want 2 know. I was a gusher before.but took work and little effect. But now I am pregnant it happens with very little effort and the damp patch is all way's bigger. Not up for making any man's day but would like the answer

Lots of hormonal changes going on down there hun! As well as pressure build up! Do you feel you always want to pee?
