Would I be able to meet a couple in their room at chameleon's even though I'm not a member there, as I was asked and declined not knowing if I could or not

We was told no other people are allowed in the rooms when we stayed there, so no. They wouldn't allow it.

There is no entertaining in rooms at chams. If you want to play with a couple then get your membership and play with them during opening times
