plenty that talk the talk but cant walk the walk. shame really.

I cant see the point in gushing on about all the things you would do to someone for days and even weeks and when that someone says ok. yes please. they clam up and run away. the world is full of very strange people. me included

I refuse to discuss meets in detail now. The minute I start getting "so what would you do with me?" I start to suspect they want the fantasy of a meet, and a wank, but have no intention of actually meeting.

If I'm interested I'll still agree to a meet but I'm rarely wrong.

The ones who want to meet, meet. They don't want to talk it through in detail.

I totally agree, never been one to talk dirty, find it all a bit awkward and generally leads nowhere as they just want to play behind their computer. I prefer to meet people who have no need to talk about sex and can hold a decent educated conversation without resorting to dirty talk. Show me, don't talk about it

I'd agree to a point but as there is little I wouldn't do in a 1-2-1 situation I think it's best to have at least a conversation about definite no-nos.

How long is a long time prior to a meet?

We often don't log on for days at a time, not because we are not planning on showing up, just because we are busy.

If we confirm a date and time then something major has to happen for us to cancel.

Think all couples must of had at least one no show, including us,we are very weary of private meets,at least at party's or the club,we know fun is definitely on the cards

They seem to go quiet on me a long time before getting to the planning a meet stage. It seems that as soon as someone realises that I'm true to my word and can't/won't arrange a meet quickly with just anyone then they are suddenly not interested in chatting. It seems to work in cutting down on the no shows as I've never had a no show on this profile or our couples profile....plus, other than discussing limits I won't go into details about what I would like to do on the meet as I take each one as it comes and the actual content of the meet will vary with the individual.

I can't remember any actual no shows on any of my profiles. I usually figure out it's not going to happen before a meet is arranged.

We did once have a couple scarper after the pre-meet drink before we got to the club. That was amusing.

I always turn up as it is such hard work getting a meet. I have been let down a few times though. The roads are bad, seagulls are flying backwards etc

If I wanted " thrill of the chase" i'd go drag hunting.......

I had one I was supposed to meet yesterday, never showed and when I went to check their profile, I find I'm now blocked. This was after receiving pretty steamy messages about getting started the moment she came in the door.

I had one today. Asked me for a lunchtime drink,arranged a time,made it later then didn't say another word. What got me was the bag of cheese and onion crisps sitting in the cupboard I didn't eat because I didn't want to smell. I ate them 5 minutes after the arranged time

I'd rather it go quite before a meet. At least you've got an inkling its not going ahead. I always tell them to just say if they've change their minds, not everybody is confident enough to take the plunge. No point putting pressure on people to come over unless they are sure. The worst is sitting around like a lemon waiting for them to turn up - had that a few times.

Me too, a little disrespectful. I agree people do change their minds and that's fine. I also say to them its not a problem if they've changed their mind but some just can't be honest and would rather string you along than just say they don't want to meet. I've got a guy now who I've met once before, keeps saying he wants to meet again, I offer then he ignores me. I can't be doing with all that shit lol. I wish people would just be upfront.

I feel sorry for the ones who don't know and spend money getting hotels taking time off work and have a no show . Its all hit and miss here when you don't know people well .

In hyne sight I should of spoke to them both on the phone and checked google but I was only just starting out on my swinging jurny I always check and double check now

Not always true, I know 2 gys I have had repeat meets with and can arrange a meet in advance (on occassions 2 weeks in advance, not here from them until the planned day then get a message saying see you at 8. Not all are the same. xx
