A very awkward situation to be put in. I think I would tell the spouse I knew nothing then contact the person I'd met and tell them they could own up or I would. I hope it never happens to us.

I was recently caught in bed with a guys wife. She told me he knew and found it a turn on..... He came home from work early cos he wasn't well and finding me balls deep in his wife didn't make him feel any better. I've never got dressed so fast in my life.

Insist that you are married to the cheat and have been for years, then demand to know.who this "spouse" is and what they're doing with your husband/wife

not our place to cover someone tracks for them.

if they lied to us then they are fair game.

if, however, we knew they were in a relationship, and still agreed to meet them, then it would be as much up to us to cover their tracks as anyone, but as that will never happen, then i will sing louder than any canary you you care to get close to

if it were on the doorstep it would be a different matter, but ultimately still the same.

wouldnt cover anyone to save their necks

Happened to me when I first started out as a single and my guard was down.

Meet a guy a few times at all sorts of times , there was no limit on time I could call or text, weird now because I can see there was.

When I got the call from wife I went to pieces as did she.

I told her the truth including the bit that I would probably still have met him had he told me he was married. Ended up we both helped each other , I never spoke to him again and changed the way I met people.
