I guess you have to be happy with whatever you are blessed with. There will always be be fans of small and big. No doubt if I had my small boobies enhanced the big boob fabs would complain they were not real.

I'm generalising here , but women with small boobs tend to have slimmer frames , lovely shoulders and toned backs . They quite often have lovely tight asses and a " nice gap" ( see other thread on this ) . All of which more than compensates for lack of cleavage.
