Yep I have one.. Never used to when I was younger.. Only from starting tap dancing as an adult and luckily it just never went.. Although I think there can be to much of a gap.. Which also doesn't look that nice in my opinion. X

Yes correct , too much of a gap isnt good. There is an optimum for the gap which is between 1 and 2 inches. Anything less doesnt count and any more looks a bit wrong.
