all other considerations aside if you get caught it destroys any chance you ever had of getting a job that needs a full DBS check.

Great idea and am sure it is in a lot of 'fantasy' lists.

fantasy is great and sex in public is an achievable one in clubs etc Eurekas has a great outside space where lots of people put this fantasy into action.

no he said in a public place where he could be seen, which does not rule any age out, if its a public place anyone can walk by, kids, couples or a old lady walking her dog, that's the point of a public place

We have been really close to being arrested in tenerife as my wife was giving me a bj at the back of a coach , and a passenger reported us to the driver . Despite the fact that no one other than the guy who reported us (who was in his mid 20's ) and no kids on the bus , we were warned it wasn't acceptable . Fair enough and we got away with a caution .

However , we still go dogging occasionally , and there are similar risks involved . Will we stop because some folk frown on it ? Hell no ... If it wasn't wrong , it wouldn't be half as much fun !

We have met in public places and get a thrill from fun with each other and willing participants , and will continue our adventures .

There is no way we would deliberately offend anyone , nor do it where kids could see though

I'm talking within an adult environment, not around kids etc... Or even peeps fantasy of doing it. We've all done it in risky places!!!

It's in appropriate places obviousley, thought around areas where there my be minors makes my stomach turn

can someone tell me where you stand legally if say you are parked in a public place, say a layby in a transit van with no windows and are in the back playing? Legally are you breaking any laws as in reality, people passing may know what's going on, but can't actually see/hear anything unless they invade your private space by opening the side door. Just interested to know

Nobody is saying people shouldn't have sex where no one can see. The title here is "sex in public places" and the opening post specifically mentions hotel windows and balconies, what you have described is a very different scenario. Holding a different opinion on something isn't an attack on other people and making that opinion known doesn't make someone self righteous.

Well me and p have done it twice outdoors now once was well hidden in a wooded part of a park at 4 in the morning and the other on the bosses car on our drive that is very well covered as we have a zoo next door and was also about 2 in the morning

I have no qualms about being on the job in a public area of a swingers club, if that's any help?

On another note, I once was thoroughly entertained while driving up the m6 to Scotland in my truck by a ffm trio in the back of a campervan, while other guy was driving. They couldn't be seen from a car, but I had an excellent view. I knew they were aware of me as they slowed down to let me keep up with them on hills, and often looked right at me and smiled. Isn't that on conviction maybe a prison sentence and signing the sex offenders register .

I must say some things are just plain wrong , and having sex where any kids can see you is really and plainly wrong.

I am sure the op meant where kids would not be able to see them etc etc
